The envisioning of our future and what we would like to bring forth, requires our outermost reflection of expansion and growth in a season saturated with our innermost quiet and stillness. Knowing where and what we might want to bring into being over the next few months, what soil-less gardens we have an inkling to design, build and harvest leading up to the Summer Solstice (June 20, 2025), these are in the shadows waiting for sunlight, in the valleys of our inner landscape.
Choosing to create the inner spaciousness for self reflection today and over the coming week, is a potent and grounding way to say goodbye to 2024, by saying hello to new ideas, jotting down your most expansive dreams of your creative self, and practical wishes of the ambitious accomplished self. To ponder what is to come with the perspective we are being granted in the darkness available to us right now, and by our inherent ability to take in the nourishment always available to us!
In the spirit of success and cooperation, my call to action for myself this next week is to carve out quiet wish list time with the creative (Yin) and action/goal oriented self (Yang) and seek out the spaces and places of my inner most being that want further attention, growth and expansion.
